The Mission Statement for the qrf The BattleForged Nation Quick Reaction Force (QRF) is a team of Veteran Volunteers who serve as “first responders” to emergent situations where a Veteran is at imminent risk for suicide — to include identifying and addressing circumstances that are setting the climate for such a risk to be imminent.
